Running – what a way to get back to life….
I’ve seen many runners (people running away from love, people running away from doing their duty…. and am not talking about those cowards), but today i happened to see about this guy David Goggins (Thanks to Todd Reinhard and Vishwa for letting me know). What a runner he is. What made me to like him is his way of pushing the limits…
Chk this video
At one point he says the following, “I like to see what I’m made of… See exactly if there is a limit to the human soul.”
He goes on to say, “If you can see yourself doing something, you can do it. If you can’t see yourself doing it, usually you can’t achieve it.”
He then says, “When you think you are done, you’re only 40 percent into what your body is capable of doing. That’s just a limit that we put on ourselves.”
Forget the limit, many won’t even do what they are supposed do… pushing the limits may be dream to them…
Am trying to push the limits…. to run the sunfeast 2010 10K run in 60minutes, i know i can run that in 75 – 90 minutes…. am pushing myself, wish me luck….

am a newbie in this blog world. though i had attempted writing earlier, couldn’t write. infact couldn’t continue. i guess work and all other things in life made did not permit to do it.
now am planning to do it continuosly… also i want to improve my english… when i asked my dear freind vishwa about some good books on english writing, he told me
Kitti, Elements of Style is a must. It is a small book, but has a great deal of information in it. The Pen commandments by Steven Frank is a nice read. On Writing Well by William Zinsser is also a good book. There are many more, but this will suffice.
hopefully i’ll buy one of these books. one more hiccup here… if i buy a book… i have to start reading
what shall i do… start writing or reading…. confused….

This is utter nonsense…. Is there any cricketer there in the think tank of the Bangalore Royal Challengers? They send this under 19 players, to open who have continuously failed. And on top of it, they play as if they are playing a test match and get 30 runs in 10 overs. And the kind of the players they have in playing eleven are either test players or under 19’s, big hitters never get a chance to play (If at all they get a chance, they get to bat when they require 100 runs in 5 overs or when 5 down). We all know 20 – 20 is all about batting and hitting sixes and fours.
And I must say about this guy, GoSwami….. Man look at his debut match. All the credit must go to Virender Sehwag for gifting him a Fifty. As he wanted to give another under 19 guy one more chance, there it happened a battle between this two under 19’s which GoSwami won. I agree he has got some class but not as opener. And then this Virat kohli… At least our good old Jaffer was far better (any idea why he is not playing).
And I saw a placard “Best thing in Bangalore Royal Challengers: Cheer girls” – Absolutely true… even they are not coming on screen more often… very sad.
Will Kumble do some miracle here… he just finished his quota of 4 overs, 3 for 14 runs… I haven’t lost hope
…. Chennai needs 39 runs from 33 balls, 4 down.
This One… What a catch… Way to go Kallis… Chennai 6 down…24 balls 34 runs…
And at last, what a over from Praveen Kumar… and they won and broke the jinx….
And what a match it was between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings XI. Hard luck Tendlya…. It was supposed to be your match…

Hey all,
After a long time am writing… I just wanted share few of my thoughts on the Royal Challengers. Well I guess today Rain God may help them to a place up in the table
. I think he couldn’t see the the team loosing like this…
(itz raining here in bangalore)
We all know how pathetically Bangalore Royal Challengers are performing in ongoing IPLT20. And I strongly feel that RC’s need some strategy. What ever strategy they are following they are just wasting the good team players.
When it comes to batting they have some decent batting lineup. But what they lack is one good leader. What i mean to say is Our good old “The Wall” must take charge of the happenings. He must open with one good striker like Misbah-ul-Haq or Cameron White. If they fail in giving the team well needed start, Kallis, Boucher or J. Arunkumar(he can be destructive) can follow.
The mix masala is not proper is what i wanted to say. I would like the batting order to be as follows.
1. Dravid
2. Cameron White
3. J. Arun Kumar / Misbah Ul Haq
4. Kallis
5. Boucher
6. Jaffer
7. Virat Kohli
8. Praveen Kumar
9. Zaheer Khan
10. Vinay Kumar
11. Dale Steyn / B Akhil
12. Sunil Joshi / Anil Kumble (If at all we need a spinner)
And we have a best bowling attack, only thing is they need to stick to the basics.
Lets hope they win at least today… the match is against Delhi Dare Devils. Itz also raining today.
What do you say guys…
